In the autumn of 1987 a small cache of photos and newspaper clipping belonging to Charlotte Kaletta was found in the Amsterdam flea-market by an employee of the Anne Frank Foundation. This sensational discovery led to another set of photos and letters among Kaletta's belonging. Kaletta, after all, has been the lover of Fritz Pfeffer, a German-born Jewish dentish who, under the name 'Dussel' figures prominently in Anne Franks diary, as her roommate in hiding. Text in English
